Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel an appointment no less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be given an opportunity to reschedule or will be refunded their payment minus a 15% service fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice up until 1 hour before the scheduled appointment will be entitled to a 50% refund of payment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than one hours notice will not be entitled to a refund. Please be sure to note the correct date and time of your appointment to avoid disappointment. If for any unforeseen circumstance I am unable to keep a scheduled appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule or a full refund given.
