My BIO

“I completed a BA Hons Psychology and Post Grad Certificate in Education at Rhodes University and have worked in many service related fields from customer services, hospitality, education, counselling and wellness therapies. My love of people and joyful attitude of service alongside diverse life experience have guided me into heart-centred roles where my spiritual work has emerged as I have become more aware of my guidance. I am on a constant path of self discovery and search for ‘gnosis’, and this driving force compels me to work with others with compassion and non-judgement. I offer unique, personalised, soul level support on your journeying through life.”

“In my early 20’s I experienced an acute autoimmune illness involving hospitalisation and a near-death experience. After slow and little progress with medical supervision, I sought alternative treatment. After several acupuncture and Reiki treatments and some dietary modifications I experienced a dramatic healing in body mind and spirit, which opened me up more fully to my intuition. Through extensive training in Usui and Karuna Reiki, Magnified Healing, Shiatsu and Swedish bodywork I have achieved a strong foundation in bodily processes and the anatomy of energy. Working with these modalities have increasingly fine-tuned my awareness of energy allowing more and more information to flow through my consciousness. After an initial adjustment period I have fully embraced these abilities that are in fact natural to all beings and use them to assist others in navigating the waters of their soul work.”
